PALESTINE SUB-COMMITTEE<\/p><\/div>\n

HEARS DISCUSSION ON BOUNDARIES<\/p><\/div>\n

Sub-Committee 1 of the Ad Hoc Committee on Palestine, meeting as a Working Group of the Whole, this afternoon heard Mr. Moshe Shertok, Head of the Political Department of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, give his views on the question of boundaries of the proposed Arab and Jewish States as suggested, in the Majority Plan of the UNSCOP Report.<\/p><\/div>\n

Subsequently, some of the members of the Sub-Committee, and Mr. Emil Sandstrom, Chairman of the UNSCOP, and Mr. Paul Mohn, Swedish alternate delegate on the UNSCOP, also gave their views on the same question.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

The Sub-Comittee will reconvene tomorrow, 28 October, at 10:30 a.m.<\/p><\/div>\n
