Page 9 Paragraphs 7 and 8 should read: “It was the opinion of Mr. GARCIA GRANADOS (Guatemala) that his proposal took into account the urgency of the matter, and he requested that consideration of the legal competence of the Committee be postponed. Further discussion took place, during which Mr. RAND stated that he understood that he himself or any other delegate was at liberty to make, in a private capacity, any approach to the Palestine Government on behalf of the sentenced men. Mr. GARCIA GRANADOS then withdrew his proposal.”<\/p><\/div>\n
