Monsieur le Président,<\/p><\/div>\n

J’ai l’honneur de porter à votre connaissance qu’en réponse à la <\/span>note de la Commission en date du 30 mai 1950<\/a>, mon Gouvernement constate que les Juifs, loin de se montrer prêts à appliquer la <\/span>résolution de l’Assemblée générale<\/a> concernant le retour des réfugiés, essaient de refouler certaines tribus arabes hors du territoire qu’ils occupent, pour installer des immigrants juifs à leurs places, en vue d’acquérir des avantages militaires et politiques, contrairement aux conditions de 1’armistice.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

Aussi, mon Gouvernement ne voit pas d’intérêt à commencer des négociations avant que ne soit remplie la condition arabe.<\/p><\/div>\n
