I was deeply shocked to hear of the terror attack carried out last night in Shfaram that claimed the lives of so many innocent people.  On behalf of the Delegation of the European Commission I would like to express my strong condemnation of this despicable act of terror.   Allow me to offer my deepest condolences to the bereaved families and to wish those injured a speedy recovery.  I also express my heartfelt sympathy to the mayor of Shfaram to whom of a copy of this letter has been sent<\/p><\/div>\n
