Meeting to discuss human settlements, Committee members were also expected to hear the introduction of draft resolutions on the permanent sovereignty of the Palestinian people in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and of the Arab population in the occupied Syrian Golan over their natural resources (document A\/C.2\/63\/L.5); the International Year of Chemistry (document A\/C.2\/63\/L.2\/Rev.1); reliable and stable transit of energy and its role in ensuring sustainable development and international cooperation (document A\/C.2\/63\/L.3\/Rev.1); industrial development cooperation (document A\/C.2\/63\/L.6); and operational activities for development (document A\/C.2\/63\/L.4).<\/p><\/div>\n
