Javier SOLANA, EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, will meet with Yossi BEILIN, former Minister of Justice of Israel, and Yasser ABED RABBO, former Minister of Information of the Palestinian Authority, both main initiators of the "Geneva Initiative" for peace in the Middle East, on Wednesday 18 May 2005.\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

The "Geneva Initiative" is currently working on ideas on how to support stability and progress in the period of post Israeli withdrawal in order to secure a successful outcome of the Gaza\/Northern West Bank disengagement process.\n<\/p><\/div>\n
