Since the UN is heavily involved in the organization of the presidential ballot, it will not be acting as an observer. <\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:left;padding-top:10px;font-size:10pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">The senior international advisor to the Palestinian Central Electoral Commission is UN electoral expert Pascal Soto, who has worked in various capacities in the electoral field for over a decade.
