H.E. Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, Secretary-General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), has addressed a letter of congratulations to H.E. the Prime Minister of the Palestinian National Authority (PNA), Mr. Ismail Haniya, and H.E. Dr. Mahmoud Al-Zahhar, the PNA Minister of Foreign Affairs, wishing them brilliant success in their new and mission to realize the interests, aspirations, and prosperity of the Palestinian people.<\/p><\/div>\n

 <\/p><\/div>\n

\n

Ihsanoglu reaffirmed the Organization of the Islamic Conference’s immutable position in support of the Palestinian people in their just and legitimate struggle to regain their inalienable national rights, including their right to return, self-determination, and the establishment of their independent Palestinian State with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.<\/p><\/div>\n

“I look forward to full cooperation with the Palestinian government so as to strengthen the role of the OIC in defending the rights and cause of the Palestinian people”, Ihsanoglu said. <\/p><\/div>\n
