to the President of the Security Council<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

[23 December 1954]<\/i><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

\t<\/span>Following upon my letter of 4 December 1954 [S\/3326<\/i>] concerning the Israel vessel Bat Galim, I <\/i>have the honor to inform you of the following:<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>The Egyptian authorities are taking the necessary steps to deliver to the Israel authorities on 1 January 1955 the crew of the Bat Galim <\/i>through the Mixed Armistice Commission.<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>Furthermore, the Egyptian Government is prepared release the Bat Galim.<\/i><\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>Moreover, as I have already announced in my letter 4 December, the Egyptian Government is still prepared to release the cargo.<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>I have the honor to request you to communicate is letter to all the members of the Security Council.<\/p><\/div>\n
