\t<\/span>I have the honour to forward herewith as an annex the text of the communication sent to us today by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of my country,H.E.  Mr. Isidoro Malmierca, in his capacity as Chairman of the Co-ordinating Bureau of the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries.<\/p><\/div>\n

\t<\/span>I should be grateful if you would circulate the annex to this note as a document of the Security Council.<\/p><\/div>\n

Communication dated 5 June 1982 from the Chairman of the Co-ordinating <\/u><\/p><\/div>\n

Bureau of the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries addressed to the <\/u><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

President of the Security Council<\/u><\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>The participants at the Ministerial Meeting of the Co-ordinating Bureau of the Non-Aligned Countries currently being held at Havana, Cuba, are deeply disturbed by the act of State terrorism carried out against the Palestinian refugee camps in Beirut, Lebanon.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

\t<\/span>The criminal air attacks perpetrated by the Israeli air force on Friday, 4 June 1982 must be strongly condemned.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

\t<\/span>We request that the Security Council meet immediately with a view to putting an end to the continued Israeli aggression and to adopt appropriate measures against Israel, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

\t<\/span>I request that this communication be circulated as a document of the Security Council.<\/p><\/div>\n
