\n\t\t\t\tIn my capacity as the Chairman of the Arab Group for the month of November 2006 and on behalf of the States members of the League of Arab States, I have the honour to request, in accordance with paragraph 8 of resolution ES-10\/15 of 20 July 2004, the resumption of the tenth emergency special session of the General Assembly to consider the illegal Israeli actions in Occupied East Jerusalem and the rest of the Occupied Palestinian Territory, to address especially the Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip, in particular the killing of Palestinian civilians in Beit Hanoun on 8 November 2006.\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n
