  I have the honour to request that, in accordance with its previous practice, the Security Council invite Palestine, which will be represented by Riad Al-Malki, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Palestinian National Authority, to participate in the meeting of the Council that will be held on Wednesday, 14 October 2009, regarding the situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian question. <\/p><\/div>\n
