I. INTRODUCTION<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

1.\t<\/span>This is the second periodic report submitted pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution S-9\/1<\/span>[Link<\/a>], which requested the High Commissioner to monitor, document and report on the violations of human rights of the Palestinian people.  <\/span> The report covers the period from 1 May 2009 to 3 February 2010.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
