Held in private in the Security Council Chamber at<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

Headquarters, New York, on Monday, 27 November 2000, at 3.30 p.m.<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

\n

\t<\/span>At its 4233rd meeting, held in private on 27 November 2000, the Security Council considered the item entitled “The situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian Question”.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

\t<\/span>In accordance with the understanding reached in the Council’s prior consultations, the Security Council met with the Ministerial Committee of the Organization of the Islamic Conference.<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

\t<\/span>The members of the Council and the Ministerial Committee had a constructive discussion.<\/p><\/div>\n
