\t<\/span>The President<\/strong> (interpretation from French<\/i>): Members of the Council have before them document S\/1996\/803, which contains the text of a draft resolution prepared in the course of the Security Council's prior consultations.<\/p><\/div>\n

\t<\/span>It is my understanding that the Council is ready to proceed to the vote on the draft resolution before it. Unless I hear any objection, I shall put the draft resolution contained in document S\/1996\/803 to the vote now.<\/p><\/div>\n

\t<\/span>There being no objection, it is so decided.<\/p><\/div>\n
