\t<\/span>AM INSTRUCTED BY EXECUTIVE JEWISH AGENCY INFORM YOUR EXCELLENCY THAT SINCE ESTABLISHMENT ISRAEL AS INDEPENDENT STATE AND WITH REORGANIZATION OF JEWISH AGENCY AS SEPARATE BODY, REPRESENTATION OF JEWISH INTERESTS PALESTINE UNITED NATIONS IS NO LONGER CLAIMED OR EXERCISED BY JEWISH AGENCY WHOSE RIGHTS AND POSITION THIS REGARD HAVE PASSED WHOLLY TO STATE OF ISRAEL.  DESIRE THAT THIS OPPORTUNITY EXPRESS DEEPEST APPRECIATION OF JEWISH AGENCY EXECUTIVE FOR ALL FACILITIES AND COURTESIES ACCORDED TO OUR REPRESENTATIVES WHO WERE PRIVILEGED APPEAR BEFORE UNITED NATIONS ORGANS AND FOR ASSISTANCE GRANTED THEM BY YOURSELF AND STAFF WHICH JEWISH AGENCY EXECUTIVE ALWAYS REMEMBERS WITH GRATITUDE.<\/p><\/div>\n
