\t<\/span>I have the honour to request that, in accordance with its previous practice, the Security Council invite His Excellency, Mr. Farouk Kaddoumi, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the State of Palestine and head of the Political Department of the Palestine Liberation Organization, to participate in the current debate of the Security Council on the the situation in the occupied Palestinian territory.<\/p><\/div>\n
