2004\/102. Special sitting of the Commission on Human Rights during its sixtieth session<\/strong> <\/p><\/div>\n

\n

At its 17th meeting, on 23 March 2004, the Commission on Human Rights decided, by a recorded vote of 34 votes to 3, with 14 abstentions, to call for a special sitting of the Commission on an urgent basis to consider the situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory resulting from the assassination of Sheikh Ahmad Yassin on the morning of 22 March 2004. <\/p><\/div>\n
