Letter dated 1 December 2003 from the Chargé d’affaires a.i. of the Permanent Mission of Kuwait to the United Nations addressed to the President of the General Assembly<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

\t<\/span>In my capacity as Chairman of the Arab Group for the month of December 2003, on behalf of the States members of the League of Arab States and pursuant to paragraph 4 of General Assembly resolution <\/span>ES-10\/13<\/a> of 21 October 2003, adopted at its resumed tenth emergency special session, I have the honour to request the resumption of the tenth emergency special session of the General Assembly in order to address the issue of the expansionist wall being constructed by Israel, the occupying Power, in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, following the issuance of the report of the Secretary-General dated 24 November 2003 (<\/span>A\/ES-10\/248<\/a>), submitted pursuant to resolution ES-10\/13.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
