\t<\/span>This new series of Israeli violations, which follows upon previous violations, constitutes a flagrant violation of <\/span>Security Council resolution 425 (1978)<\/a> and of the sovereignty of Lebanon, and is a threat to stability in the region.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

\t<\/span>I should be grateful if you would have this letter circulated as a document of the General Assembly at its fifty-fifth session, under agenda item 40, and of the Security Council.<\/p><\/div>\n
