It had before it the note by the Secretary-General transmitting the report prepared by the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia on the economic and social repercussions of the Israeli occupation on the living conditions of the Palestinian people in the occupied Palestinian territory, including Jerusalem, and the Arab population in the occupied Syrian Golan (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/unispal.un.org\/pdfs\/E04424AEE123F49D85256ECB00641710.pdf\" style=\"color:#0000ff;text-align:justify;font-size:10pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">A\/59\/89-E\/2004\/21<\/a><span style=\"color:#000000;font-size:10pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">). <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#000000;text-align:justify;padding-top:10px;font-size:10pt;font-family:Times New Roman, serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\">73.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;At the 43rd
