  Upon instructions from my Government, and in accordance with rule 2 of the provisional rules of procedure of the Security Council, I have the honour to request an urgent meeting of the Security Council to discuss the report of the United Nations Fact-Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict led by Justice Richard Goldstone. <\/p><\/div>\n
