SECURITY COUNCIL<\/p><\/div>\n

\t<\/span>I have the honour to refer to the letter addressed to you this morning by the Permanent Representative of Saudi Arabia concerning the recent developments in the Palestinian occupied territories.<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\n

\t<\/span>In view of the gravity and urgency of the situation, the Government of Egypt supports the request forwarded in the above-mentioned letter and calls for the immediate convening of the Security Council to consider this alarming situation.<\/p><\/div>\n
