class=\"Headingblue\">UN Women and International Labour Organization (ILO) are launching a new call for proposals\u00a0(budget less than $250,000)\u00a0for interested non-governmental organizations, academic institutions and registered community-based organisations under a new programme \u201cPromoting Women\u2019s Equal Access to Economic Opportunities and Decent Work in Palestine.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Headingblue\"><strong>The joint programme\u2019s overall goal<\/strong>\u00a0is \u201cto promote women equal access to economic opportunities and decent work in Palestine, and protection of their labour rights through reinforcement of equitable laws, legislations, policies and active labour market programmes, while engaging public, private and community actors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Headingblue\">The programme design is articulated around two outcomes:<\/p>\n<p class=\"Headingblue\"><strong>Outcome 1: Increased employment of women and access to decent and productive jobs through market-oriented skills trainings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Headingblue\"><strong>Outcome 2: Promoting an environment that enables women\u2019s labour market participation on the basis of equal opportunity and non-discrimination.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Headingblue\">The application package with all relevant information, guidelines and documents can be class=\"Headingblue\">Interested organizations are invited to submit their full proposal by\u00a0<strong>Thursday 24 May 2018<\/strong>to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:palestine.registry@unwomen.org\">palestine.registry@unwomen.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Headingblue\"><strong>Q&amp;A Session<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Headingblue\">There will be a
