UNOPS Signs an Agreement with Korea International Cooperation Agency to Support the Procurement Activities – Press Release

Ramallah -24 February 2020 – The Country Director of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Palestine, Dr Youseung Shin and The Director of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) in Palestine.

Mr. Tokumitsu Kobayashi signed an agreement, today, for UNOPS to manage the procurement of USD 899,848 worth for Procurement services for the benefit of the Palestinian National School for Administration (PNSA) under the General Personnel Council (GPC) in Ramallah.

During the seven months project, UNOPS will be responsible for the planning and implementation of procurement activities following UNOPS’ policies, principles, and standards on behalf of KOICA. UNOPS will deliver, and install IT equipment, furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies and other items at the Palestinian National School for Administration (PNSA) in Ramallah.

The project aims to improve the functionality of the Palestine National School for Administration (PNSA) and increase the accessibility to users and building stronger capacities.
