Note by the Secretary-General
The seventy-ninth report of the United Nations Conciliation Commission for Palestine, covering the period from 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2025, was received from the Chair of the Commission and is hereby transmitted to the States Members of the United Nations in accordance with paragraph 6 of General Assembly resolution 512 (VI) and paragraph 2 of General Assembly resolution 79/88.
Seventy-ninth report of the United Nations Conciliation Commission for Palestine
In paragraph 2 of its resolution 79/88, the General Assembly requested the United Nations Conciliation Commission for Palestine to report to the Assembly as appropriate, but no later than 1 September 2025. The Commission recalls its report of 30 July 2024 (A/79/259) and observes that it has nothing new to report since its submission.
