Report of the Secretary-General

1. The present report is submitted pursuant to paragraph 6 of resolution 79/89.

2. On 25 April 2025, the Secretary-General sent a note verbale to the Permanent Representatives of all Member States, as well as the Permanent Observer of the State of Palestine to the United Nations, drawing attention to the provisions of resolution 79/89 and requesting pertinent information concerning any action taken or envisaged in relation to the implementation of the resolution. No replies were received.
