The East Lounge will be a new space on the east side of the First Floor of the Conference Building, with a view of the East River.  It is adjacent to Conference Rooms 1, 2 and 3 which were reconfigured during the U.N. Capital Master Plan. The lounge will reached from the new east to west corridors on the 1st floor.
