Karnklon Raktham is a producer and foreign correspondent for “Around the World”, a world news documentary programme broadcast on PPTV HD in Thailand. She covers global affairs, with a focus on human rights, terrorism, conflict and gender. During the Fellowship, Karnklon hopes to deepen her understanding of the United Nations' stance on democracy and human rights promotion in Southeast Asia, as well as counter-terrorism in the region. She looks forward to exchanging ideas with fellow journalists from around the world.
