It is dedicated to discovering, supporting and accompanying young directors by providing the opportunity for them to be part of a smart challenge based on a unique idea: 1 Mobile, 1 Minute, 1 Film.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s Mobile Film Festival \u00a0theme focuses on \u00a0climate change ahead of the Climate Change Conference taking place in Paris in December.<\/p>\n<p>Bruno Smadja, founder of Mobile Film Festival said: \u201cWe are very excited and honoured to be partnering with the United Nations for this very special and international edition.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Participants from around the world are encouraged to create unique films in their own languages before submitting them via the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mobilefilmfestival.com\/\">Mobile Film Festival website<\/a> before<strong> September 28.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to give filmmakers from all over the world the chance to tell their story and their vision on Climate Change &#8212; all through the inexpensive use of a mobile phone.
