Artists and exhibitors join the UN Green Fair to promote sustainable lifestyles
Marking World Environment Day, 5 June, the second edition of the UN Green Fair will be held at UN Headquarters in New York. More than 1,200 visitors and 30 exhibitors convened last year for the first edition of this event, aimed at promoting sustainable lifestyles. Canada is the host country of this year’s World Environment Day, under the theme “Connecting People to Nature.”

- Elliott Harris, Assistant Secretary-General and Director of the UN Environment New York Office.

Canada, the host of the 2017 World Environment Day, and UN Environment will hold a special event at the Ocean Conference with actor Adrian Grenier, newly appointed UN Environment Goodwill Ambassador.
