High Level Panel on Water Media Stakeout

21 September, 4:30 p.m, UN Headquarters in New York

The High Level Panel on Water, which consists of 11 sitting Heads of State and Government and one Special Adviser, issued today a Call to Action that advocates for a fundamental shift in the way the world looks at water.

Three Panel Members, H.E. Mr. János Áder, President of Hungary, H. E. Mr. Jacob Zuma, President of South Africa, and H.E. Ms. Sheikh Hasina, Prime Minister of Bangladesh, as well as the Special Adviser of the Panel, Dr. Han Seung-soo, Former Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea, will make brief statements on the Call to Action, followed by a Q&A.

Ms. Cristina Gallach, Under-Secretary-General for Communications and Public Information, will be moderating the stakeout.
