Readout of the Secretary-General’s meeting with H.E. Mr. Feleti Teo, Prime Minister of Tuvalu

The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Feleti Teo, Prime Minister of Tuvalu. He commended Tuvalu for its strong advocacy on climate change and its commitment to the upcoming Fourth International Conference on Small Island Developing States (SIDS). The Secretary-General and the Prime Minister exchanged views on increasing SIDS’ access to climate finance and promoting adaptation for sustainable development.
