The Secretary-General met today with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Norway, H.E. Mr. Espen Barth Eide, on the margins of the African Union Summit.

They discussed the latest developments in Syria and the Middle East. They also discussed the situation in the Great Lakes, Somalia and Mali, including the deployment of MINUSMA, the UN peacekeeping mission for Mali.
