The United Nations headquarters complex is open, Friday 14 February 2014. All staff are expected to report for duty. If weather disrupts normal commuting patterns, staff members should inform their managers accordingly. Managers should exercise flexibility and understanding in these circumstances.  Also please be advised that should weather conditions in the Secretariat Circle create unsafe conditions for pedestrians, the 43rd Street entry point to the HQ Complex may be temporarily closed, in which case access may be gained through the 47th Street entry point (North Lawn Building).
