The United Nations headquarters complex in New York will open at 11am today, Wednesday 5 February 2014. All staff are expected to report for duty. If weather disrupts normal commuting patterns, staff members should inform their managers accordingly.  Managers should exercise flexibility and understanding in these circumstances.
