Readout of the Secretary-General’s meeting with H.E. Mr. Luis Almagro, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uruguay, on the margins of the 67th General Assembly

The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Luis Almagro, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uruguay. They discussed a broad range of issues, including the implementation of the “Delivering as One" programme in Uruguay, the issue of drug control and regional developments, as well as Uruguay’s presidency of the Human Rights Council and its participation in UN peacekeeping operations.
