Readout of the Secretary-General's meeting with H.M. King Abdullah II Bin Al Hussein, King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

The Secretary-General met today with H.M. King Abdullah II Bin Al Hussein, King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on the margins of the Pledging Conference on Syria.

The Secretary-General and the King discussed the situation in Syria. The Secretary-General expressed appreciation for the generous support Jordan has provided to Syrian refugees and pledged the UN's continued assistance in this regard.
