Mohammad Moslim Haqqani Muhammadi Gul was listed on 25 January 2001 as Deputy Minister of Haj and Religious Affairs of the Taliban regime so falling within the provisions of resolutions 1267 (1999) and 1333 (2000) of the United Nations Security Council regarding acts and activities of the Taliban authorities.
