[Izzat Ibrahim Al-Duri, an immediate family member of Saddam Hussein, was a former Deputy Commanderin-Chief of the Iraqi armed forces, Deputy Secretary of the Ba'ath Party Regional Command and Vice Chairman of the Revolutionary Command Council]”.
