Activities of Secretary-General in Saudi Arabia, 23-24 July

United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon arrived in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from Amman, Jordan, on Wednesday evening, 23 July.  This was the sixth leg of his Middle East tour.

At the Conference Palace he met with The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.

On Thursday morning, the Secretary-General departed Jeddah for Baghdad, Iraq.
