OF MILITARY STAFF COMMITTEE IN OCTOBER


In accordance with the principle of alphabetical rotation, the following are the President of the United Nations Security Council and the Chairman of the Military Staff Committee for October:


Security Council


Kenzo Oshima, Permanent Representative of Japan, succeeds Adamantios Vassilakis, Permanent Representative of Greece, as President of the Security Council.


Military Staff Committee


Brigadier General Dominique Trinquand ( France) succeeds Major General Liu Pei ( China) as Chairman of the Military Staff Committee.
