Ms. Seidi Quetzal (Belize) serves as Foreign Service Officer at Belize’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, managing diplomatic relations across the Middle East, South America, and Southeast Asia. She plays an instrumental role in the National Technical Team for the Comprehensive Regional Protection and Solutions Framework (MIRPS), contributing to strategic solutions for regional forced displacement. With a deep commitment to gender equity, Seidi serves as the Ministry’s Gender Focal Point, leading initiatives that amplify women’s voices.
The Ministry’s Women’s Empowerment Project has profoundly transformed the lives of over 1,000 women, catalyzing their financial independence and empowering communities across both rural and urban Belize. Seidi is an alumna of Ming Chuan University in Taiwan, holding a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy, further strengthening her global diplomatic acumen.
