Readout of meeting between President of General Assembly and Minister for Foreign Affairs of China

The President of the 75th session of the General Assembly, H.E. Mr. Volkan Bozkir, spoke by telephone today with H.E. Mr. Wang Yi, State Councilor (Deputy Prime Minister) and Minister for Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China.

They discussed how to strengthen multilateralism and global cooperation related to COVID-19, and the importance of poverty eradication to achieving the 2030 Agenda.
