President of the General Assembly, H.E. María Fernanda Espinosa Garcés met with H.E. Mr. Ivan, Brajovic, President of the Parliament of Montenegro. Highlighting the role of Parliaments and Parliamentarians in the work of the United Nations, they discussed mutual priorities on the agenda of the General Assembly and areas of cooperation. They also exchanged views on the recent regional developments, reaffirmed the importance of multilateralism, and stressed the importance of making the United Nations relevant to all.
