Monday, 16 July

The President of the General Assembly will convene a High-level Interactive Dialogue on Sand and Dust Storms at 3 p.m. in the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Chamber.

 

The President of the General Assembly will deliver opening remarks at the High-Level Segment of the High Level Political Forum (HLPF) at 9 a.m. in Conference Room 4.

 

The Ad Hoc Working Group on the Revitalization of the Work of the General Assembly will hold informal informal consultations (closed) at 10 a.m. in Conference Room 11.

 

The President of the General Assembly will deliver the keynote speech at an event in commemoration of World Youth Skills Day on the theme “Youth Skills for Sustainability and Innovation,” at 3:30 p.m. in Conference Room 1.

 

Tuesday, 17 July 

The President of the General Assembly will deliver remarks on the occasion of International Justice Day, at an Interactive Panel Discussion on the 20th Anniversary of the Rome Statute, at 10 a.m. in Conference Room 2.

 

There will be informal briefing on the outcomes of the sixth round of informal consultations on the Global Compact for Refugees, at 10 a.m. in Conference Room 3.

 

The President of the General Assembly will participate in the High-Level Luncheon at the Sustainable Development Goals Business Forum, at 1 p.m.

 

Wednesday, 18 July

The President of the General Assembly will convene an informal meeting of the General Assembly in order to observe the annual Nelson Mandela International Day, at 11 a.m. in the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Chamber. He will also engage in a related volunteering activity in Harlem.
