Monday, 11 June

The President of the General Assembly will hold his high-level event on financing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), at 10 a.m. in the Economic and Social Council Chamber, under the theme “Breaking the Bottlenecks of Investment from Policy to Impact.”

 

Tuesday, 12 June

The General Assembly plenary will meet at 10 a.m. to consider “Implementation of the Declaration of Commitment on HIV/AIDS and the political declarations on HIV/AIDS,” and at 3 p.m. to consider “Protracted conflicts in the GUAM area and their implications for international peace, security and development,” in the General Assembly Hall.

 

Wednesday, 13 June

The President of the General Assembly will deliver opening remarks at the High-level Symposium on Belt and Road Initiative and 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, at 9:40 a.m. in Conference Room 12.

The General Assembly plenary will meet to elect eighteen members of the Economic and Social Council, at 10 a.m. in the General Assembly Hall.

The co-facilitators to lead intergovernmental consultations on the Economic and Social Council review process will convene informal meeting at 10 a.m. in the Economic and Social Council Chamber.

 

Thursday, 14 June

The President of the General Assembly will host the 11th session of his Morning Dialogues, entitled “Bridging the Global Divide – The role of groups at the UN” at 8:15 a.m.

 

Friday, 15 June

The United Nations will be closed for Eid al-Fitr
