The President of the UN General Assembly today met with Mr. Harold W. Brooks, the Senior Vice-President of the American Red Cross. They discussed the forthcoming Humanitarian Summit in Istanbul and the Summit on Refugees and Migrants that will take place on 19 September 2016 by initiative of the General Assembly. They also discussed the International Red Cross and Red Crescent movement paper on the grand bargain which is called the One Billion Coalition for Resilience.
