The President of the General Assembly had a fruitful and inspiring exchange with Mr. Ian Martin, Executive Director of Security Council Report, on various issues relating to transparency and the relationship between Security Council and the General Assembly, Secretary-General-selection and the High Level Independent Panel on Peace Operations.
