The President of the UN General Assembly met today with Mr. Ramtane Lamamra, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Algeria. They discussed the priorities of the General Assembly in its 70th session, the urgent need to address the refugees and migration crisis, as well as peace efforts in Africa and the Middle East.
They also highlighted the importance of moving forward with the implementation of the 2030 Agenda as well as the reform of the Security Council and the revitalization of the General Assembly.
